Salary: £34,000.00 per year

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes.

Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Responsible for completing repairs in homes occupied by tenants
  • Receive work orders through PDA and be given appointment times to attend
  • Provide out of hours support on a rotational basis
  • Fault find and accurately diagnose the repairs required

Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • City and Guilds in a relevant skill or equivalent
  • You must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
  • Experience of carrying out repairs within the social housing environment

Benefits for the Multi Trade Operative role:
