Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Contract: Full time
Responsibilities
As Structures Supervisor you'll be working within the maintenance team, supporting them with budget spends, scheduling reactive and capital works, programming works, managing staff performance, ensuring health, safety and well-being are at the highest possible standard.
Your day to day will include:
- Planning programme & schedule structures work, carrying out safety audits, briefing and de-briefing direct labour and contractors daily, ensuring health, safety and wellbeing are kept to the highest standard and align to Kier standards
- Ensuring CDM Regulations and temporary works responsibilities are adhered to across all works
- Monitor supply chain partners, assisting commercial teams with claiming value for completed works, making sure all supply-chain RAMS are reviewed and signed off prior to any working instruction
This role of Structures Supervisor is great for you if you can:
- Provide a current SSSTS/SMSTS qualification and NRSWA
- Show a familiarity with construction and all highways works
- Be flexible in hours of work and travel across different sites
