We're looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Highways team based in Birmingham. Contract: Full time, part time & Flexible

Responsibilities

As Senior Performance Analyst you'll be working within the Quality & Performance team, supporting management of the Performance Team, ensuring the outputs and efficiencies are maximised. Management and monitoring of query process, together with KPIs.

Your day to day will include:
  • KPI reporting, producing monthly management reports in line with contractual obligations, supporting the Quality & Performance Manager, providing regular reports as required
  • Ensuring Kier values are enforced in the planning team and measures are put in place to promote these values.
  • Identifying local data owners for general performance data and KPIs
  • Chairing breach meetings and other contract meetings, liaising with planning, inspection and operational teams
  • Assisting and supporting with ongoing projects with ad hoc analysis projects including the use of Power BI

This role of Senior Performance Analyst is great for you if you can:
  • Be passionate about improving service delivery and confidently challenge data and performance levels with a Senior Manager
  • Show a focus on health & safety in your current line of work
  • Demonstrate a logical approach to data management and review
  • Bring an advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel
