Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Trowbridge

Business Area: Kier Places - Facilities Management - Wiltshire County Council

Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team based in Trowbridge, where your role will be instrumental in providing administration support to help deliver operational requirements on the Wiltshire County Council FM contract.

Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Administrator with Kier, your day to day will include:

  • Logging & jeopardy managing tasks and events using the Kier CAFM system and Client Portal, ensuring they are dealt with according to SLA's
  • Scheduling works to both Kier internal and external resources and chasing any subsequent paperwork as required
  • Respond to client messages via the Client portal and updating any task notes as needed
Who are we looking for?

The role of Helpdesk Administrator is great for you if you have:

  • Business & Administration NVQ Level 3
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel & Word proficiently
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems
