You will work closely with the Financial Regulations team to evolve and develop business processes and ways of working to ensure the wider business operates in the most efficient way possible, whilst ensuring full compliance with the industry financial regulations.
- Work with the Financial Regulations team to identify efficiency opportunities within the Financial Regulations which require changes to internal processes and ways of working.
- Develop and communicate a clear strategy for driving efficiencies across the manufacturing operations of the group.
- Identification of Financial Regulation risks and design and development of process improvements to mitigate those risks.
- Proactively work with the operational side of the business to enact and embed changes to processes to improve spend efficiency.
- Preparation of clear reports for Senior Management which set out the impact of proposed changes and progress against pre-determined plans.
- Creation and management of a clear governance process around system and process changes to ensure compliance with Financial Regulations.
- Preparation of regular reports for Senior Management setting out system and process improvements designed and progress against implementation.
- Maintain open communication with all levels of management.
- Ensure continuous knowledge development regarding the Financial Regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards in order to act as a key subject matter expert within the business.
