Daniel Owen are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a 10 week refurb project just outside of Manchester City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager who has previous experience working in a live environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage direct trades & labour
• Management of sub-contractors
• Checking High End works
• H&S
• RAMS
• Inductions
• Contracts Manager updates
• Chair weekly progress meetings

You must have...

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• CSCS
