Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working available
Contract: Permanent, full-time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
In this HR Coordinator - Projects role you will coordinate and support the delivery of change and improvement projects across the Construction Business. You will support our HR team to develop and maintain project documentation including project scope, plan, roles and responsibilities matrix and maintain a schedule of activity and events. You'll also prepare project communications including 'how to' guides, training scripts where required and support information sharing with key stakeholders. This role will also involve sourcing and analysing data for specific projects and utilising a flexible approach to handle multiple projects.
Who are we looking for?
A highly organised individual with good communication skills and good attention to detail. We're looking for previous experience within a HR or project team capacity involved in day-to-day project activities and programmes of work. You'll have a good understanding of the HR environment and able to manage complex and multiple project responsibilities at any given time and familiar with operating within a fast-paced environment. You'll also have good MS Office applications and able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
