Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Clare

Our client, a leading family-owned Main Contractor, with projects across Ireland which include Pharma, Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Residential and Heritage to name a few, are now looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a project in Clare.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Interim and Final Accounts for Projects in accordance with the Contract requirements.
- Review of subcontractor and supplier quotes received for compliance with the Contract documents.
- Liaising and co-ordination with the Project Team where necessary.
- Carrying out site visits and attending Project meetings.
- Monthly Valuations, Final Accounts etc.
- Assisting with the Preparation of Bills of quantities and pricing of bills of quantities where necessary on tenders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience working with a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or UK.
- Strong knowledge of the various forms of contracts such as RIAI, FIDIC and JCT.
- Excellent numeracy and report writing skills.
- Process oriented & strong attention to detail
