Salary: £41,500.00 per year
We are working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for an Electrician to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in occupied and void properties.
Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are:
- Carrying out all aspects of electrical work including repair, maintenance and fault finding in residential properties
- Fuse board replacements
- Electrical inspection, testing and condition reporting
- Smoke and CO alarm replacements
Requirements for an Electrician are:
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- ECS/JIB Card
- Previous domestic electrical repairs experience
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
