Land Manager Job in Hampshire

I have a new Land Manager job with my client who are a national housebuilder. In this position you'll be identifying immediate and strategic land opportunities across Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. As the successful Land Manager, you'll be based from their regional office in Southampton. Salary £70,000 + 20% bonus + car allowance/car + hybrid working.

Our client is a large national property development business with an annual turnover in excess of £400 million delivering over 2,500 new homes across all regions. Reporting to the Regional Technical Director, the Technical Manager will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of various residential developments and the coordination of architectural and engineering design within the regional hubs.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identifying land opportunities

- Negotiating terms for the acquisition

- Prepare and submit land approval packs

- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents

- Manage the offer process

- Explore package/JV opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course

- Experienced in land buying in the region

- Previously worked for a housebuilder

- Proven track record of completed land deals.
