We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Huntingdon. Within this role you can enjoy a company car or cash allowance, hybrid working, progression opportunities and even more!

Location: Huntingdon- hybrid working available along with regular travel to office/ sites

Contract: Permanent, full time- flexible and part-time hours may available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.

In this role, you will be working on our contract with Anglian Water to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Your day to day will include:

  • Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management
  • Support with the control of costs, maximising values, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality & safety
  • Provide commercial management for an allocated area of an embedded alliance contract
Who are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:

  • The relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience of working on NEC frameworks
