Location: A mixture of our Exeter office and remote working, along with regular travel to office/ sites

Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.
In this role, you will be working on our MEICA Capital Works Framework, delivering a variety of upgrade and new build schemes on South West Water (SWW) Water / Wastewater Treatment Works across the region.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial resources (people and finance) of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts.
Your day to day will include:
- Procurement of subcontractors in line with our commercial standards, ensuring best value for Kier and our client
- Reviewing and approving tender submissions
- Produce month end reporting and ensure cash flow is maximised
- Accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Working with the operations team to ensure sound cost management
- Submission of change management notifications under the NEC form of contract
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You hold a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Experience working with NEC form of contracts.
