Responsibilities
Reporting to the local Team Lead, you will be assisting in delivering Building Surveying commissions and projects, requiring effective technical & financial project delivery. We will ask you to be accountable for quality, effective, successful delivery, as well as meeting financial & client objectives.
Continually improving what we do and how we do it through expert advice and guidance, as well as helping prepare bid submissions and presentation materials to maximise business development opportunities, you'll work with customers in different sectors, producing building specifications and 2D CAD drawings, delivering exceptional results and nurturing strong relationships.
What do we need from you?
We are looking for:
- Someone who is of a relevant degree-level qualification, an Associate Member of RICS or an equivalent professional body,
- Relatable experience to this role & business area, carrying out detailed surveys on commercial buildings.
- Ideally you will have worked with clients in both public & private sectors. Y
- You should have a demonstrable evidence of building relationships
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Quality Management, and CDM regulations.
