We're looking for a Senior Recruiter - FM/PFI to join our centralised Resourcing Team supporting recruitment activity across our FM Business Unit.

Location: Flexible on location with hybrid/agile working available
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities

In this Senior Recruiter role you will be involved in delivering a proactive recruitment service on a day-to-day basis to ensure all live roles have an agreed recruitment plan which is delivered to the highest standard. You'll have responsibility for recruiting the right person into the right job within an agreed timeframe, to aid out talent attraction strategy and drive down recruitment costs which focuses on a direct sourcing model and delivering a right first time approach to customers at all levels within the business unit.

This profile is not exhaustive. From time to time, you may be required by the company to perform other tasks, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and, where necessary, training and full support will be given.

Who are we looking for?

You will have a previous recruitment experience within Facilities Management and Housing Maintenance, having recruited for vacancies within an in-house team or for a recruitment agency and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be familiar with managing high volumes of recruitment with end-to-end coverage. In addition you will understand and have previous experience coaching and developing hiring managers around "best in class" and be their subject matter expert for resourcing. If you have a proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills, experience within the construction industry and looking to enhance your recruitment career, then this is the role for you!
