Senior Associate Director job in Newbury, Berkshire

I have a Senior Asscoaite Director job with a leading real estate consultancy who are now looking for a Senior Associate Director with farm consultancy experience to join their rural team in Newbury.

As the Senior Associate Director, you'll be joining the rural land management team of 4 from the Newbury office and will be personally tasked will the management of 20 clients across Berkshire.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Manage landlord and tenant relationships
  • Manage financial matters and provide reports when required
  • Rural valuation work
  • Assist and advise clients on buying/selling property or land
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • FAAV would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in the rural sector
  • Commercially aware
  • Flexible approach
  • Team player
  • Self motivated.
