Concrete Plant Operative

As a Concrete Plant Operative based in the Aberdeenshire Region, you will enjoy working in a 'hands on' practical position within a busy Quarry environment alongside a close-knit group of colleagues.

You're not someone who wants to be in front of a computer all day; this role will see you having a variety of duties within the plant. From identifying and reporting defective equipment or materials, managing stock levels, operating loading shovels, oversight of HGV Drivers operating within the plant and working collaboratively with colleagues and customers, each day will certainly be different.

As our next Concrete Plant Operative, you'll be responsible for operating the computerised batching system to produce concrete inline with customer specification and required technical standards whilst placing the highest importance on our sustained standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management - you will be a leading contributor to the Company's zero harm culture.
