A new opportunity for a Project Director with a leading developer. This is a highly successful firm looking forwards to a period of strong growth and with a busy pipeline of developments to deliver over the coming years with strong commitment from funds already in place.
We are looking for a Projects Director to run the pre-construction element of this developers portfolio of very large multi-million pound projects. You will be leading a team and reporting directly into the main board. It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate a strong track record in developer led projects, ideally in residential, or similar sectors such as commercial / mixed use. Experience in JCT form of contract and design & build naturally goes hand in hand with this and we would also expect candidates to have good knowledge of the planning system as well as other pre contract duties and experience in leading a team. We are unable to consider candidates without this experience. It is likely that this individual will have previous experience gained within a consultancy or a developer / client side organisation. A Quantity Surveying background might be preferred as this is a very commercially focused role, but isn't a requirement for the right experience.
