We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager to join our team based in Norwich. Within this role you can enjoy a company car or cash allowance for travel, partial remote working, progression opportunities and even more!

Location: Norwich- hybrid working

Contract: Permanent, full time- part time/ flexible hours may be available if desired, just let us know and we'll do our best to support you

Responsibilities

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.

In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance region and as Quantity Surveyor you will be supporting in all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Your day to day will include:

  • Work within the project teams liaising with the Partner Commercial Lead, Project Engineers, Procurement Coordinators, Planners, Site Team Leaders & Site Managers
  • Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial management for an allocated programme area of an embedded alliance contract
  • Support with control of costs, maximising value, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality and safety
Who are we looking for?

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:

  • Experience of NEC3 framework
  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying
