Site Manager/ Foreman - REQUIRED!
Start date: 10th or 17th April
The Company:
The company are a Building and Construction firm who are currently operating in Inverness. The firm specialise in new build tree houses & cabins.
The Opportunity:
As a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Inverness for approximately 6 months, overseeing all aspects of the project (building a tree house/log cabin) Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction.
The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company are looking for a Site Manager who wants to engage in long term work, order materials, plan ahead and who is also computer literate. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:
- MUST have SMSTS
- MUST have Black CSCS card
- MUST have First Aid
- REQUIRED to have a background & experience as a Site Manager in Building and Construction
- MUST have ability to get to Inverness
- REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
- MUST have working reference
- MUST have the right to work in the UK
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Building and Construction firm on a long-term opportunity.
Pay:
£200 a day
