Project Architect Job in Dallas, Texas
New requirement for a Project Architect job with our architectural and design client in Dallas, Texas. The position will see you work across a wide range of industry typologies, collaborating with a team of creatives and a competitive salary of circa $100,000.
Our client is an award-winning architecture and design firm with over 100 employees across their four office locations. The practice covers a wide range of industry types including, corporate interiors, aviation, healthcare, education, hospitality, sports, and more. Due to continued success, they're now looking to expand their team with a Project Architect who has 7+ years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce technical drawings and production aspects for a variety of project typologies from the design development phase through to construction administration
- Assist with advising the wider design team through the construction documentation process
- Product specification coordination
- Assist with project management for staffing, fee estimates, and scheduling
- Day-to-day supervision of the design and technical development of a variety of projects
- Liaise with external contractors on bids, pricing, and projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of industry experience, producing construction documents
- Licenced architect
- Degree qualified in Architecture from an accredited course
- Revit proficiency and ability to produce full construction documents
- Experience within either corporate interiors, hospitality, or multifamily projects
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
