Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour

We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their Property Services team.

Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Carrying out responsive repairs to occupied properties within a social housing setting including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.

Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Previous experience within the responsive repairs environment
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering (preferable)
  • Full UK Driving License
