Location: Failsworth School - Oldham
Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will provide operational administration support to enable the operational managers and helpdesk team members to deliver all operational requirements on the Oldham School FM contract.
Your day to day will include:
- Logging and jeopardy managing tasks and events using the Kier CAFM system (Concept Evolution), checking that the correct category and KPIs are assign to every even raised
- Updating and closing tasks and events according to SLA's to avoid financial penalties
- Liaising with the client, helpdesk, subcontractors, and operational staff to ensure that reactive and planned maintenance activities are delivered
- Reviewing maintenance task progress in both client and Kier helpdesks
- Assisting with financial systems and information, including Excel spreadsheets, raising the Purchase Orders and Invoices
This role of Helpdesk Administrator is great for you if:
- You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You can work in a fast moving, timebound environment with excellent telephone manner
- You have experience working in a helpdesk, coordinating, or planning type role
