We are recruiting for a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator who will report to the projects' Environment and Sustainability Manager and Social Value Manager to assist in delivering the corporate social responsibility commitments for the project and to assist in ensuring compliance with the Projects' key performance indicators. In this exciting role you will proactively work with the project teams, subcontractors and local stakeholder partners, to establish and develop social engagement sessions to help support the needs of our local community.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator, you'll be working within the Major Projects team, supporting them to deliver agreed key performance targets during the lifecycle of the project. You will produce environmental and social value communications, engage with the supply chain to identify innovations and best practice as well as be experienced in the handling of sensitive information.

Your day to day will include:

  • Delivering impactful engagement sessions/workshops with local education, employability, and community based partners
  • Maintain and plan events for inclusion within the Environment and Social Value Calendar.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with community stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?

This role of Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator is great for you if you:

  • Have previous CSR/Community Benefit experience
  • Have good communication skills, be organised, and have a systemic approach to work
  • Have the ability to build good stakeholder relationships
