OPPORTUNITY - Architectural Technician
Due to expansion our client, based in the West Midlands, is seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Technician to join their growing team. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - Architectural Technician:

  • Produce detailed CAD drawings
  • Complete Measured Surveys
  • 2D Modelling
  • 3D Modelling
  • Traveling to the portfolio
  • Working closely with the wider organisation and design teams
  • Carrying out technical reviews of the design drawings
  • Supporting projects where required
  • Attending project meetings


PERSON PROFILE - Architectural Technician:

  • Experience of undertaking measured building surveys with availability to travel nationally occasionally
  • Proven experience in similar role using AutoCAD
  • Confident, enthusiastic and approachable manner
  • Degree qualified, or HNC/HND equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of construction including building regulations and planning processes and applications
  • Good organisation and time keeping skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a growing CAD team


PACKAGE - Architectural Technician:
Full time: 35 Hours Per week
Salary guide: Negotiable dependent on experience
Benefits: Optional car or car allowance offered
