There is a brilliant opportunity to work for a fast growing and emerging Data Centre provider in the London area as a Cost Manager. This will see you join one of the fastest growing providers within the UK, who already have a very impressive project portfolio across multiple sites. As the Cost Manager you will head up their costing team providing cost management through all stages of project delivery.

With massive financial backing they're progressing and developing quickly within the market quickly making them a go to provider within the ever growing Data Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Taking on a key role within the company, ensuring efficient project delivery across mission critical projects
  • Cost management through all stages of project delivery, from conception to handover
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes
  • Working closely with consultants and contractors to allow correct project procedures

Personal Requirements

  • QS or Cost Management qualifications
  • Extensive Cost Management experience in M&E sectors
  • Mission critical experience
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
