We're looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to join our Facilities Manager Team based in Northampton. Within this role working among a great team, managing day to day Building Services activities as agreed with Contract Manager.

Location: Berrywood Hospital, Northampton

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, with overtime and on call duties included

Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team supporting them with both reactive and preventative PPMs, working to SLAs and KPIs as agreed with the client.

Your day to day will include:

  • Liaising with customers and staff to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Managing sub-contractor attendance to ensure site visits as per PPM schedule and contract.
  • Organising planned maintenance activities on an agreed basis
  • To ensure so far as is reasonably practicable that the team reacts efficiently and effectively and thereby maintain customer satisfaction
  • Work with the on-site team, including Facilities Manager, to ensure KFM Health & Safety policies are always adhered to both with internal staff and external subcontractors, and to ensure a positive and effective team approach when delivering the contract requirements.
What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Site Supervisor is great for you if:

  • Have relevant Electrical/Plumbing/Heating Engineer qualification at Level 3
  • Ability to work among a great team, keeping a professional and approachable attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and CAFM systems
The role will also include being part of an on-call rota so some flexibility with regards to working hours will be required.
