We are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in occupied and void properties in London.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking repair/renewal works on occupied and void properties
  • Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
    • Requirements for the role:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry or Plumbing
  • Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA to record job information.
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • DBS Check
  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
