JOB DESCRIPTION:
Resident Liaison Officer required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in maintenance projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking resident liaison officer to join a project based in Forest of Dean.
This contract will be on a temp basis, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with tenants and logging issues
- Liaising with contractors and management
- Any other works as directed by the site team

- Experience working as a tenant liaison officer
