Sales Executive Job in The North West
Sales Execuitve job with a well-established housebuilder who operate across the north of England and Scotland. My client is looking to speak to experienced Sales Executives or Trainee Sales Executives to work on developments throughout the North West. In this role you will be covering annual leave and sickness. They are offering a salary of up to £22,500 with an OTE upwards of £35,000.
Our client is a 5* housebuilder with an established reputation in building quality homes across the North West. They are looking to speak to candidates ideally based in Lancashire and hold a full UK driving license as travel is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer journey experience to all customers to maintain and achieve 5* HBF status
- Recognise and identify customer profiles to tailor the approach and build a specific rapport
- Establish customer requirements, needs, and wants to provide relevant information
- Maintain contact with customers on a regular basis
- Manage negotiations to achieve sales targets
- Ensure all sales that are using schemes are managed properly
- Provide knowledgeable and informative new home demonstrations and handovers
- Promote the products and homes, highlighting features and benefits
- Carry out regular plot checks to identify and report quality and presentation concerns to site team
- Take part in weekly site and sales team meetings to discuss presentation standards and actions to take.
Required Skills & Experience
- New homes sales experience
- Experience of selling 'off plan'
- Knowledge of the local market
- Willingness to travel
- Full UK driving license is essential.
What you get back
- Salary up to £22,500
- Commission structure
- £0.45p mileage door to door
- OTE up to £35,000.
