Salary: £20.00 per hour
We are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in occupied and void properties across Richmond, Twickenham, Hayes and Harrow.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking repair/renewal works on occupied and void properties
- Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements for the role:
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry or Plumbing
- Asbestos Awareness
- DBS Check
- Previous social housing experience as the work is carried out on resident's properties daily
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
