Senior Land Manager in the West Midlands
My client currently has a Senior Land Manager job available for their West Midlands region. They are looking to speak to experienced Land Managers or Senior Land Managers with a strong background in buying land in the West Midlands.
As the successful Senior Land Manager, you'll be tasked with buying land across the West Midlands for affordable housing developments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify land opportunities within the region
- Legal agreement negotiations
- Support the Land Director
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and land agents
- Negotiate land values
- Provide regular updates and reports on land purchases.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background buying land in the West Midlands
- Relevant degree
- Commercially aware
- Previous experience working for a volume housebuilder.
