This is an opportunity to join a specialist, international architectural practice as a key figure in the in-house Principal Designer team. If you are a London based CDM professional with an engineering, construction or design background committed to taking on a long term career development role delivering complex high rise and tall building projects then this position will be an ideal fit.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience as a Principal Designer delivering in-house CDM projects alongside the internal architects on a range of prestigious projects. We have placed people into this team previously, the culture is really positive, working within a close knits team backed with the funding on projects of larger practice. You will be treated as a name rather than a number have a genuine influence on design safety through every RIBA stage.
You will work closely with tow of the London Partners for Architecture as well as another specialist CDM professional. If successful, you will be offer a structured training and support plan offering you further professional development.
