Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Housing Maintenance Team supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage and develop a high performing well-motivated team through effective leadership and communication.
- Ensure risks are identified and mitigated whilst co - ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a controlled manner.
- Covering a variety of FRA & maintenance projects
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- Holder of Full Drivers' Licence
- Experience in a site management role within the social housing / decent homes maintenance sector
- Fire safety works activities such as fire door & sprinkler installation knowledge
- Previous experience leading and inspiring teams to achievement, excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills
- Desired qualifications SMSTS, CSCS/ECS card, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, and FRA / Fire Stopping-related certification / qualifications.
