We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience to join our Hinkley Point team based in Bridgwater, Somerset. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point team, supporting with our £40 m package of works on a Nuclear licensed site.

Your day to day will include:

  • You'll provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team and ensure that business targets and KPI's are met.
  • You'll ensure cash flow is maximised including ensuring payments are made and received on time and also forecast and monitor spend against approved Client budgets.
  • You'll be responsible for preparation and review of monthly cost reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members.
Who are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

  • You are qualified to a degree level or equivalent
  • You have demonstrable experience within a similar role.
  • You'll have proven track record of working on NEC Contracts and experience working with Coins/Causeway accounting systems.
  • You'll be a confident user of MS Office in particular Microsoft Excel and be a holder of a full UK driving license.
  • You will have professional accreditation such as RICS or ICE and experience in using CEMAR.
