Senior Associate Director Job in Salisbury, Wiltshire

I have a Senior Associate Director job with a leading real estate consultancy who are now looking for a Senior Associate Director or Director to join their rural land management team in Salisbury.

As the Senior Associate Director, you'll be joining the rural land management team of 10 from the Salisbury office and will be personally tasked will the management of 4 - 5 clients in the Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset area.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent
  • Rural valuation work
  • Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • CAAV would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in rural land management
  • Commercially aware
  • Flexible approach
  • Team player

  • Self motivated.

    What you get back

  • Up to £55,000 + £6,500 car allowance + £5,000 - £10,000 bonus (This package is for Senior Associate Director level, Director level package to be discussed)
