Job Role:CSCS Duct Fitter
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £22-£24
We are currently seeking experienced and skilled duct fitters to join our team in Birmingham. Our company specialises in providing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial and industrial buildings. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC ducts and ventilation systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and cut sheet metal to the required size and shape
- Assemble and fit ductwork using hand and power tools
- Ensure that all installations comply with industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with existing ductwork
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a duct fitter or HVAC technician
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
