We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Regional Build team based in Newcastle. Within this role, you can enjoy flexible hours, career progression and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more!



Location: Newcastle

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday



Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Newcastle team, supporting in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
  • Maintaining project targets and ensure that all Kier's procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with.
  • Demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained


Who are we looking for?

This role of Site Manger is great for you if:

  • Experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m
  • HNC/HND or above in a Construction related discipline
  • Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare and Office Projects
