Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) team, supporting them in building the UK's first catchment-scale flood resilience programme, involving the design and construction of a suite of blue-green interventions across Mansfield. The overall aim of the project is to remove 58,000 m3 of surface water run-off from the foul/combined sewer network - through constructing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).
- To manage revenue and margin in accordance with agreed budgets
- Prepare a detailed delivery plan from the business plan and ensure skilled, competent resources are identified and secured to meet the plan.
- Plan contract teams, working methods, resources & systems to meet contract requirements & delivery timetable
What do we need from you?
This role of Senior Operations Manager is great for you if:
- You have a full understanding of current H&S Legislation, water law & water regulation environment & have an awareness of HSWA & CDM.
- You'll have proven ability in delivering business objectives at a strategic level.
- You'll have proven experience in developing best practice
- You'll have proven knowledge of street works
- You'll have proven knowledge and experience in the delivery of drainage schemes
