Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Area Cleaning manager required for an immediate start based around Merseyside. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking manager to join the team for a mobile position around Merseyside. Initially temporary but will lead to a permanent position for the right person.
HOURS
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
May be required to work weekends for business needs / events
You will need to be prepared to travel and be flexible to suit business needs on a day-to-day basis
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Visit sites.
- Meet and train cleaning staff.
- Complete quality standard audits.
- Covering of jobs and organising cover staff for sickness and holiday cover.
- Build relationships with clients & employees.
- Address any issues that may arise/problem solving to ensure the smooth running of contracts.
- Help manage the cover team.
Requirements for the role
- Previous area management experience (desirable)
- Must have a full UK driving license
