The Company:

A Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is required for a large nation-wide Facilities Management firm who work throughout the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to work in and around London. They must have a full clean Drivers Licence.

You will be both cleaning and supervising a team of specialist cleaning operatives in and around London.

Supervisor Role:

  • Combine duties of maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation of the building with supervisor duties.
  • Have a full working knowledge of the areas which are covered by the Cleaning Team. This will include Night & Day deep clean and the time frames in which the cleaning needs to be completed.
  • Control and issue PPE including ensuring stock rotation.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report faulty equipment to the line Manager, ensuring equipment will not be in use "labelled 'OUT OF ORDER" and put out of use until repaired.
  • Control and issue cleaning materials including ensuring stock rotation and safety in storage
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH. Ensure the safety and security of company and client property.
  • Complete all records as directed accurately and in timely manner.
  • Report all incidents, complaints and compliments to line manager, taking action where practicable
  • Train and support new starters.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
  • Experience in Scheduling
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work
  • Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • A Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, clearly to a good standard.
  • A team player and be flexible as job tasks dictate.
