As Quantity Surveyor you'll be working on multiple dry lining projects for a subcontractor within the M25 area. This established Dry Lining Subcontractor is looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their company and be responsible for overseeing projects. Enjoy being mostly office based working alongside the Director team who are specialists in their field.


The responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor include:
* Quantity Surveyor commutable to East London/Essex border
* Responsible for all duties on projects; cost management, forecasts measurements, managing subcontractors, timesheets and more
* Work alongside the directors, estimators and site staff to support with smooth completion of projects


The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:
* Degree or experience in Quantity Surveying
* Proven background in Dry Lining projects
* Driving licence - commutable to Buckhurst Hill
