Position: Quantity Surveyor Positions: Junior - Intermediate - Senior level

Locations: Dublin-Cork-Limerick-Clare-Kildare-Tipperary Europe - Amsterdam - Copenhagen

Our client, Main Building Contractors and Fit-Out comapnies, with projects across Ireland, are now recruiting for Quantity Surveyors, from Junior level to Senior to join their teams.


My clients have portfolios of projects that include, pharma, mission critical, retail, commercial, industrial and refurbishment projects, to name a few.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Interim and Final Accounts for Projects in accordance with the Contract requirements.
  • Review of subcontractor and supplier quotes received for compliance with the Contract documents.
  • Liaising and co-ordination with the Project Team where necessary.
  • Carrying out site visits and attending Project meetings.
  • Monthly Valuations, Final Accounts etc.
  • Assisting with the Preparation of Bills of quantities and pricing of bills of quantities where necessary on tenders.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • 1+ years' experience working with a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or UK.
  • Knowledge of the various forms of contracts such as RIAI, FIDIC and JCT.
  • Excellent numeracy and report writing skills.
  • Process oriented & strong attention to detail
