Location: Birmingham
Contract: Permanent, full time
Responsibilities
As Highways Maintenance Operative you'll be working within the maintenance team, supporting them during the summer months weed spraying along the hard standing surfaces of the Birmingham network with a daily target of 20,000 per m2.
Your day to day will include:
- Weed spraying during summer months
- Working with tools and machinery
- Planting trees during winter months as part of our re-planting programme with targets determined on the number of trees to plant in total
This role of Highways Maintenance Operative is great for you if you can:
- Demonstrate good knowledge of site / public health and safety
- Show qualifications around PA1 & PA6 spraying
- Provide a full driving licence
