Salary: £28,000.00 per year
We are working on behalf of a main contractor who are a growing business, operating a huge number of partnering agreements for responsive repairs and maintenance services across Brighton, Hove, Crawley, and Horsham. We are looking for an experienced Decorator to join their busy team, solely working responsive and planned property repairs.
The hours required are 42.5 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out internal and external repaints, gloss, and emulsion working occupied or void properties
- Preparing and filling surfaces
- Wallpaper hanging
- Wall tiling
- Patch artex/plastering
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting and Decorating
- Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA to record job information.
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic)

- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
