Do you have a strong background in administration or a customer service position? GRG are recruiting for a Office Administrator to work for a design company based in Birmingham. We have a superb role or someone who would like to join a company that is progressive, adaptable and ambitious! Our client is recruiting due to recent promotions within their team.
The Role - Hours: 37.5 hours, permanent contract, full time office
- Supporting sales managers with all their administration
- Answering all customer queries
- Raising stock orders
- Producing pricing quotations
- Managing all client appointments
- Composign letters and emails requested by the team
- Monitoring order processes
About You
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and self starter
- Experience working in a busy administration department with SAP experience would be desirable
