Senior Architectural Technician job in Chichester, West Sussex

We are working with a successful architectural practice who has a Senior Architectural Technician job available. The role offers the opportunity to take a lead role in the running of a number of design led education projects.

Established 25 years ago this practice has won numerous awards for its education projects. The practice prides itself on its collaborative team culture and the ability to bring creative design solutions to projects.

The role would focus on education projects, but they also work on residential and leisure-based projects. Due to continued success, they are seeking an Senior Architectural Technician to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on the production of technical drawing packages
  • Take a lead role in the running of projects as required
  • Using Revit daily
  • Visit site as required
  • Working as part of the close-knit design team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in Education and or residential projects would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to use Revit is essential
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
