Salary; £33,000 per year

Location: Hammersmith

A multi trader is required for a fast growing and modern contractor. They are an established company with over 150 staff with lots of room to progress within the company, they also offer training and development for those looking to gain new skills or expand their knowledge. They manage over 40,000 properties all around London and the surrounding areas, and for that reason they offer a good package along with their basic salaries.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Skimming a wall
  • Jointing plaster boards
  • Repairing cracks to a wall
  • Patch work plaster
  • Undercoat + bonding plaster
  • Fitting a thin coat bead
  • Other trade skills

Requirements for the role:

  • Background in plastering (skimming a wall/ jointing plaster boards/ patch work plaster etc) with some other trade skills
  • Must have social housing experience as the work is carried out on social properties daily.
  • A full UK Driving License
  • City & Guilds (preferred) NVQ
