We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Ministry of Justice Team based in the Hampshire area. Within this role working among a great team, responsible for multiple /individual project deliveries in relation to performance both financially and in line with contract requirement and delivery of all service requirement in line with Kier Services procedure.

Location: Hampshire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice Team, supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
  • Manage the delivery of projects to high standards by budgeting and programming managing all phases of the project, from contract award to close out, to meet all contractual requirements
  • Ensure projects are safely delivered on time, to budget and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Make sure project risks are identified and managed through effective mitigation measures
  • Oversee the co-ordination of operatives, subcontractors and supplier in a planned and controlled manner ensuring efficiency and minimising costs
  • Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy and procedures, all legal requirements and best practice within Kier Group's including regular safety inspections within the allocated business area
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if you:
  • Previous project management experience
  • Commercial and contractual awareness
  • Ability to maintain relationships with clients, customers and suppliers
  • Team Leader with organisational skills
  • Minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering related discipline required
