One of Gleesons long standing clients are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC to support them whilst their current team are seconded into projects within the business. As the Finance Business Partner you will collaborate with stakeholders by collating and providing financial information, support and influence management to ensure they are effectively guiding the business towards Annual Business Plan targets. You will also be responsible for driving improvements in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Preparation, analysis and reporting of performance vs forecast on various areas of spend.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative drive towards targets.
- Highlight key issues in current and future forecasted performance versus target.
- Manage and execute weekly, monthly & quarterly reports
- To pick up various tasks across Sales, Supply Chain and Financial Controlling areas, take ownership for them and see them through to fruition.
- Assist with month end journals & reporting as required for areas of responsibility
Your Profile
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or part qualified with an analytical mindset and commercial experience, ideally within a business partnering background
- Excellent communication skills with the resilience to challenge and offer solutions based on fact
- Proactive and driven, you will be flexible and agile; able to adapt to changing priorities and request
- Strong excel skills
