JOB TITLE: General Labourer

INDUSTRY: Building and Construction

START DATE: ASAP

SALARY BAND: £12.00ph - £13.50ph

LOCATION: Willand, Cullompton

Gateperson required to join a residential construction project in Willand, Cullompton. The working hours are 07:30-17:00 Monday-Friday. Our client has advised this is an ongoing role.

The work will involve being stationed at the site entrance, being the first point of contact for site visitors, sub contractors and members of the public. Ensuring visitors to site are signing in and out, directing them to site or sales offices as well as directing delivery vehicles to site compound when required.

The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.

Once you have completed your assignment and Daniel Owen have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manning site entrance/ gate
  • Sigining visitors in/out
  • Taking delveries
  • Directing traffic through site

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • References for your work as a Gateperson
  • PPE
  • The ability to perform physical manual labour
  • CSCS
